The present wheel propeller of an amphibious vehicle comprises a bladed rotor and a housing with inlet and outlet openings. The rotor is configured inside a driving wheel, which is connected to the body of an amphibious vehicle by means of a suspension. The spokes of the wheel, which perform the role (function) of the blades of the rotor, are configured in the form of screw blades. The housing is mounted on and fastened to the suspension of the wheel in a position in which the inlet opening of the housing, which has a size close to the size of the diameter of the wheel rim, is in proximity to the wheel rim with a minimum permissible gap, and a guide channel of the outlet opening faces in the rearward/sternward direction of the amphibious vehicle. The technical result is a simplified design and improved operational robustness of a wheeled amphibious vehicle. |
