Disclosed is an efficient, simplified wheat flour milling process mainly consisting of a bran-breaking procedure, a residue grinding procedure, a kernel grinding procedure, a final grinding procedure and a purification procedure, and an apparatus. In the shelling procedure, an extrusion cutting grinder (3) with superior stripping and scraping functions is used, in place of an existing tooth roller flour mill (1), as a main residue making device. In the kernel grinding procedure, an efficient impact flour mill (7) is used, in place of a smooth roll flour mill (5), as a main flour making device, and the grinding function of the efficient impact flour mill (7) is more than twice as high as that of the prior art. The two brans are wetted by water, residue grinding is carried out three times, and germ extraction is carried out during residue grinding; the kernels 1 and the kernels 2 are slightly ground by using a roller mill and then are subjected to strong impact using a water cooling efficient impact grinder and the like, so as to achieve the objective of rapidly and efficiently producing high-quality flour at low temperature and low consumption. |
