The present invention relates to a twist health cycle comprises: a base frame equipped with a circular arc motion unit mounting groove, and mounted on a ground; a handle unit composed of handles on both sides, and a display unit for displaying time, a speed, and cadence; a driving unit including a saddle capable of controlling a height and an angle by a height control unit and an angle control unit, a crank and a pedal on both sides of a wheel; and a circular arc motion unit in a circular form fixated on the lower end of the driving unit, and coupled to the circular motion unit mounting groove for converting a vertical-directional circular motion generated in the driving unit to horizontal-directional circular arc motion. In addition, rotation motion is generated by composing a resistance control valve capable of controlling rotation-resistant power in a crank in the handle unit, enabling a crank having rotation-resistant power to be rotated through a pedal, and enabling a circular arc motion unit coupled to the driving unit composed of the saddle and the pedal with a certain angle to generate circular arc back and force movement, while rolling a pedal by a user, capable of performing exercise for lower body and performing waist rotation exercise by the power at the same time. |
