The present invention provides a terminal (100) with an application for drawing a running rail, comprising a display plate (110) and an application for drawing a running rail (S) on the display plate (110). In addition to this, the present invention provides the toy car (300) traveling along the running rail to be used for the terminal (100) with an application for drawing a running rail. A power unit (360) and a control unit (340) are provided inside the toy car (300). A sensor (310) for detecting light is provided in the front side of the toy car (300). The toy car (300) has a front wheel drive unit (320) for changing a direction and a rear wheel drive unit (330) for driving. The sensor (310) detects light on the top of the display plate (110) to allow the toy car (300) to travel without escaping from the running rail (S).
