摘要 |
一种光学膜的制造方法,可减少摩擦处理中由配向不良所引起的光学膜表面缺陷,至少包括以下步骤:将第一面上具有配向层形成层的连续的支撑体加以搬送;为了形成配向层而进行摩擦处理,在相对于与搬送方向正交的宽度方向而以摩擦角α配置的摩擦辊上,以包绕角θ卷绕支撑体并赋予第一按压力F1,且从喷嘴中对支撑体的第二面喷附气体而赋予第二按压力F2,由此使支撑体按压在摩擦辊上,在该状态下使配向层形成层与摩擦辊接触,且第二按压力F2在支撑体的部高于支撑体的各端部;及在经摩擦处理的配向层上涂布涂布液。; performing a rubbing treatment, in order to form an orientation layer, in which the orientation layer forming layer and a rubbing roller are brought into contact with each other in a state where the support is wound at a wrap angle θ around the rubbing roller which is disposed at a rubbing angle α; and applying a coating liquid including a crosslinkable liquid crystal compound on the orientation layer which has been subjected to the rubbing treatment. |
