<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that can prolong a period when quality of the cosmetic can be maintained after completing manufacturing the cosmetic, and which is excellent in usability, a cosmetic product using the same, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A cosmetic formed by laminating a powder layer including powder and an oily solid layer including an oily component in which a mass ratio of the oily solid layer to the power layer is 0.1-9, the power layer includes 80-100 mass% of the powder, and an average particle diameter of the powder is 30-3000μm, a cosmetic product using the same, and a manufacturing method of the same are provided.</p> |
