PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an objective evaluation by a male/female with respect to an evaluation object to be appropriately grasped by using submission data submitted to a Web site with respect to an evaluation object to be associated with a place or location information.SOLUTION: A place/gender identification unit 102 is configured to: find out submission data including a keyword relating to a place or location information; identify the place or location corresponding to the keyword; and identify a gender attribute of a Web site in which the submission data exists. A reference submission identification unit 104, an evaluation direction identification unit 105, an addition/subtraction value identification unit 106 and an evaluation update unit 107 are functioned to evaluate the submission data on the Web site; tally an evaluation value by the gender attribute (by a male/female) with respect to the identified place or location; and obtain an objective evaluation by the male/female relating to the place and the like. |
