1. A method of producing an aromatised food or beverage product, the method comprising:
a) collecting an aroma fraction from a plant material in the form of a gas comprising water vapor; b) contacting the aroma fraction with an oil to remove undesired aroma compounds; c) condensing the aroma fraction to produce an aqueous aroma containing liquid; and d) combining the aqueous aroma containing liquid from which undesired aroma compounds have been removed, with a food or beverage composition; wherein step c) is performed before or after step b). |
