In the present invention, in order to enable operations which take into account improved reliability and a reduced processing load, data collection servers each have: a connection management unit that forms a connection group for each redundant system, and stores identification information for the redundant system applied to a connection group, and identification information for management data belonging to a connection group; a schedule management unit that generates or cancels a data collection schedule for the management data, in accordance with schedule necessity information; a data collection unit that collects management data for each connection group in accordance with the data collection schedule; a data transmission unit that, for each starting period for a process for transmitting the management data to a data recording device, transmits the management information and operating status information for the connection group; and a schedule necessity setting unit that sets schedule necessity information in accordance with the redundant system applied to the connection group. |
