Provided are a power management system, a power management method, and a power management device capable of performing power control for reducing compensation payment compared with conventional art. In the power management system, a server device (10) determines a planned value of power demand in a customer facility (3), and a control device (32) charges and discharges a storage battery (31) in accordance with the planned value to adjust the power supply and demand balance in the customer facility (3). The power management system is characterized in that the server device (10) provides the planned value to the control device (32), and that the control device (32) calculates an estimated value of the amount of power actually used at the end of a unit time in the customer facility (3), calculates the fluctuation range between the planned value and the estimated value, and selects a charge/discharge control algorithm to be used next day for the storage battery (31) on the basis of the fluctuation range. |
