The present invention relates to a hard coating solution composition and a polycarbonate glazing using the same. The hard coating solution composition of the present invention comprises: a binder including a polymer of a monomer mixture including a compound represented by chemical formula 1 and a compound represented by chemical formula 2; a phosphorous-based catalyst; and an inorganic filler. The polycarbonate glazing, which has a hard coating layer formed by using the hard coating solution composition, has excellent wear resistance, reliability (interlayer adhesion), and weatherability.
