<p>The present invention relates to a system for reducing white smoke and collecting waste heat of exhaust gas in a chimney, which comprises: a heat-moisture exchange device equipped with a contact layer enabling exhaust gas supplied through a hygroscopic salts solution from an upper part and a first line from a lower part to have time for mutual contact, and a second line enabling the exhaust gas passed through the contact layer on the upper end to be delivered to a chimney outside; a hygroscopic salts solution tank for introducing and storing the hygroscopic salts solution fallen by being connected with the heat-moisture exchange device; and a first heat exchanger including a third line for circulating the hygroscopic salts solution by connecting the upper part of the heat-moisture exchange device from the hygroscopic salts solution tank, and a fourth line for circulating district heating water supplied from the fourth line, for delivering the heat from the hygroscopic salts solution supplied from the third line to the district heating water supplied from the fourth line.</p> |
