<p>The present invention includes: a mounting jig formed to mount a plurality of capacitors; a measurement unit connected to the mounting jig to repeatedly measure a certain value of capacity, dielectric loss, effective series resistance (ESR) variation, leakage current, etc. on the capacitors; and a control unit for measuring a charging and discharging property of the capacitors depending on the time by applying power to the mounting jig, and controlling the measurement unit to sequentially measure the certain value on the capacitors after the time passed.</p> |
