<p>The present invention relates to an infrared ray-proof hard coating composition and an infrared ray-proof film by an infrared ray-proof hard coating composition. The present invention has meaning for reducing existing processes of an infrared ray-proof film from three to four processes to two processes. Therefore, a film is rolled up due to process improvement and several problems of an existing hard coating type infrared ray-proof film in an existing infrared ray-proof film so that four processes are needed. On the other hand, the present invention reduces infrared ray- proof film manufacturing processes to two processes by infrared ray-hard coating on an external side of the film, thereby obtaining meaning that an infrared ray-proof material is successfully applied to a hard coating layer of a nano-oxide infrared ray-proof film wherein the application is an existing difficult technical problem. The infrared ray-proof composition of the present invention is made of an infrared ray-proof hard coating layer which comprises: a coating agent base including aliphatic urethane acrylate or tri-functional acrylate, tri-functional (meta)acrylate, methyl benzoyl formate, and an acrylic slip agent; at least one oxide selected from a group made from antimon tin oxide or molybdenum oxide, zinc oxide, and the like; an organic solvent made from methyl ethyl ketone or ethyl acetate, and ethyl alcohol; a light initiator and the like. In addition, the infrared ray-proof film of the present invention is made of an infrared ray-proof hard coating layer, a PET base film layer, a bonding layer, and a release film layer.</p> |
