A hydraulic shovel has a console box (20R) having a key cylinder (10) mounted therein. The console box (20R) has a console cover (22R) having formed therein a through-hole (22B) from which the key slot of the key cylinder (10) is exposed. The key cylinder (10) is affixed to a base (21R) through a bracket (12), the base (21R) being provided independently of the console cover (22R). The small-diameter section (10A) of the key cylinder (10) is inserted through the bracket (10), and the key cylinder (10) is mounted to the bracket (12) by means of a nut (13) engaging with the small-diameter section (10A) through threads. The key cylinder (10) is mounted to the bracket (12) while being circumferentially positioned at a predetermined angle. |
