PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress disconnection.SOLUTION: An optical module 10 includes an FPC 16; a wiring pattern; and a cover material. The wiring pattern includes an electrode pad 16a having a predetermined width and a microstrip line having a smaller width than the predetermined width and connected to the electrode pad 16a on the FPC 16. The cover material covers part of the electrode pad 16a and the microstrip line. The optical module 10 may further include a ground pattern and a coplanar line. The ground pattern is formed on each side of the wiring pattern. The coplanar line is connected to the ground pattern and extends toward part of the electrode pad 16a. |
