The objective of the present invention is to provide: an organic EL panel which is provided with a display pattern that has low power consumption, excellent emission uniformity and high emission luminance ratio and is reduced in the production time for the production processes, while having excellent production efficiency; a method for manufacturing this organic EL panel; an organic EL module; and an information device. An organic EL panel according to the present invention is configured of: an organic EL device that is provided with an organic EL element wherein a pattern A that has at least a light-emitting part and a non-light-emitting part; and auxiliary members. This organic EL panel is characterized in that: the emission luminance ratio between the light-emitting part and the non-light-emitting part of the organic EL element is within the range from 5:1 to 50:1; and at least one of the auxiliary members is provided with a pattern B that has a shape similar to the shape of the pattern A, while having a light-transmitting part and a light-blocking part.
