[Problem] To provide a cell observation information processing system that can prevent user generated input errors for a passage number which is one tag to be added to the observation information of a cell, for example. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a passage presence/absence information acquisition or generation unit (11a) that acquires or generates past passage presence/absence information which includes at least one passage presence/absence value from among first through n-1 (n is an integer of at least 2) passage presence/absence values which indicate whether a task performed on a cell was a passage task, such acquisition and generation being performed at a first through n-1 observation points in time from among first through n-th observation points in time at which acquired, via an observation information acquisition unit (20), in a time series is first through n-th pieces of observation information which indicate cell observation results, e.g. cell images, cell activity data such as cell count, cell concentration, cell shape, and cell survival rate, and the observation name; and a passage number acquisition or generation unit (11b) that, on the basis of the past passage presence/absence information acquired or generated by the passage presence/absence information acquisition or generation unit, acquires or generates an n-th passage number at least at an n-th observation point in time, and does so automatically or via a user operation. |
