The decorative sheet according to the present invention comprises a transparent base layer and at least a transparent resin layer and an ionizing radiation curable transparent surface protective layer, said transparent resin layer and said ionizing radiation curable transparent surface protective layer being laminated in this order on the transparent base layer, characterized in that: (1) the transparent base layer and the transparent resin layer both comprise a polyolefin resin; (2) the transparent base layer has a layer thickness of 10-250 μm and a Martens hardness of not more than 60 N/mm2; (3) the Martens hardness of the transparent resin layer is not more than 100 N/mm2 but more than the Martens hardness of the transparent base layer; and (4) the sum of the layer thickness of the transparent base layer and the layer thickness of the transparent resin layer is 100-420 μm.
