A method for manufacturing a germicidal mobile phone protective case. The processes of the method for manufacturing the germicidal mobile phone protective case are: bottom case manufacturing → cover plate manufacturing → assembly. By utilizing equipment for manufacturing a germicidal mobile phone protective case, a metal material is made into a metal housing and a metal cover, clay and fruit shell or coconut shell are made into a composite particle clay plate, the composite particle clay plate is compounded with either the metal housing or the metal cover, and the composite particle clay plate is sintered together with either the metal housing or the metal cover, thus manufacturing the germicidal mobile phone protective case. This allows the germicidal mobile phone protective case to be provided with functions of activated coal for killing germs and absorbing formaldehyde and other harmful gases, allows the germicidal mobile phone protective case to be heat treated to restore the gap structure of its activated coal, thus restoring the functions of the germicidal mobile phone protective case for killing germs and absorbing formaldehyde and other harmful gases, and allows the germicidal mobile phone protective case to be reused, thus benefiting the physical health of people. |
