Provided is a surface treatment solution for a rubber article, the solution being composed of a solution obtained by dissolving a dichloroisocyanuric acid salt in an aqueous solvent. Also provided is a method for producing a rubber-made article, the method including a surface treatment step for using a treatment solution composed of a solution obtained by dissolving a dichloroisocyanuric acid salt in an aqueous solvent to perform a surface treatment on a vulcanized rubber molding, after a rubber molding manufacturing step for manufacturing the vulcanized rubber molding from a rubber composition.
