An adhesive layer (12) for an adhesive scattering prevention sheet (1) which is bonded to at least one surface of a cover glass used in a capacitive touch panel. This adhesive layer (12) is formed of an adhesive composition containing an adhesive component and fine light diffusing particles. The difference between the refractive index of the adhesive component and the refractive index of the fine light diffusing particles is 0.005-0.2. The average particle diameter of the fine light diffusing particles as determined by a centrifugal sedimentation light transmission method is 0.8-2.9 μm. The haze value of the adhesive layer (12) is 55% or less. The adhesive scattering prevention sheet (1), which comprises this adhesive layer (12), is capable of suppressing glare on the touch panel, while making a patterned transparent conductive film less noticeable.
