Disclosed is a blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle which does not reduce a wind volume and a wind pressure, while overcoming noise caused by inflow air entering an inlet ring. The blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises a blower case; an inner air inlet for making the inner air flow in; an outer air inlet for making the outer air flow in; a blower motor formed on the lower part of the inner air inlet and the outer air inlet; and an inlet ring formed on the upper part of the blower motor, and making air flowed in toward the blower motor, and comprises a baffle member blowing air inside an air conditioning case by coupled with one side of the air conditioning case to be connected, formed on the inlet ring, extended to the inner side in the radius direction of the inlet ring to cover a part of the inlet of the inlet ring. Therefore, the blower unit overcomes a rumble noise caused by a blown air in the inlet ring inflow part, while minimizing resistance of inflow air to induce a smooth flow of air, thereby having an effect of preventing reduction of wind volume and wind pressure.
