A semiconductor device according to the present technology comprises a first semiconductor chip and a second semiconductor chip for transmitting or receiving a signal to or from the first semiconductor chip. A serial or parallel device and a data bit inversion logic are arranged on at least one setup area of the first semiconductor chip or the second semiconductor chip wherein the serial or parallel device performs a serial or parallel operation in an input or output signal and the data bit inversion logic is connected to the serial or parallel device to perform a data inversion function in input or output data of the serial or parallel device. |
