本发明揭露一种氟化钙污泥资源化之方法，藉由移除氟化钙污泥中的硫酸钙，可以使氟化钙污泥资源化成有用的资源。;本发明之氟化钙污泥资源化之方法，系先将氟化钙污泥粉碎，再与清水在反应槽中搅拌均匀后加入硫酸根移除剂进行硫酸根移除，使氟化钙污泥中不再含有硫酸钙。之后进行过滤、再粉碎、水洗、及再过滤等操作，达到氟化钙含硫量符合炼钢厂所需的含硫标准。;经过本发明操作后所得到的氟化钙将不再含有硫酸钙，也因此使得原为废弃物的氟化钙污泥转化成有用的资源，达到保护环境及资源利用的双重目的。;The first step of reclamation of calcium fluoride sludge is crushing calcium fluoride sludge by crusher. The process is used to remove calcium sulfate from calcium fluoride sludge. After proceeding filtration, re-crushing, water washing and re-filtration in sequence, sulfur content in calcium fluoride is up to standard of steelworks. ;Calcium fluoride produced by this method will contain no calcium sulfate .
