<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that requires a relatively low cost for a magnetic flux control member and suppresses the occurrence of failure where a fixing member is worn and deteriorated and failure where the fixing member is unevenly heated, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes a heating roller 22 that is in contact with a fixing belt 20 (fixing member) to heat the fixing belt 20, a magnetic flux control member 28 that is arranged opposite to a part in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the heating roller 22 while sandwiching the heating roller 22 with a magnetic flux generating part 24, and a magnetic flux shielding member 29 that shields a magnetic flux generated from the magnetic flux generating part 24 and transmitted through the heating roller 22 when the magnetic flux transmits through the magnetic flux control member 28.</p> |
