The first teeth-like structure of the first electrode unit and the second teeth-like structure of the second electrode unit are arranged to face each other and spaced away from each other. The first teeth-like structure of the first electrode unit and the second teeth-like structure of the second electrode unit are configured to shade light. The present invention also discloses a method for manufacturing the touch screen and a 3D display apparatus.
