The present invention provides a cleansing composition for skin or hair which can provide a good durability of foam and rinse feel, give good combability and softness from during rinsing to after drying while imparting manageability to hair when the cleansing composition is applied to hair, and give good moist feeling to skin when the cleansing composition is applied to skin.
