implanting a first fixation member into tissue at a first location; passing a flexible member across a wound; implanting a second fixation member into tissue at a second location;
wherein the first fixation member and the second fixation member are slidably received on a single closable loop formed by the flexible member; and pulling on a terminal end of the flexible member to shorten a length of the single closable loop. |
