1. A mixer for mixing a fluid, such as a confectionary topping, and for dispensing the fluid into another container comprising:
a first container configured to receive and hold a fluid that is to be mixed; a stand comprising a base portion and an upright portion; wherein said upright portion of said stand extends vertically up from said base portion; a bracket configured to receive and support the first container; wherein the bracket is rotatably attached to the stand via an axle so as to allow the first container to rotate relative to the stand; wherein the upright portion is sized so as to allow the first container to be rotated above the base portion and wherein the upright portion is sized to allow the contents of the first container to be emptied into one or more second containers.
