The purpose of the present invention is to provide a projector with which it is possible to simultaneously project to positions differing in depth direction in parallel. The projector is provided with a light emission adjustment mechanism (100) for making it possible to adjust a used emission angle for each of component light (IL) emitted from each of self-light-emitting elements (10a) arranged at multiple positions in a light-emitting unit (10), and a circuit device (80) which is a light control unit for controlling, in correspondence to a projection area (PD) irradiated by the component light (IL) having gone through the light emission adjustment mechanism (100), the emission position and emission angle of the component light (IL) emitted from the light emission adjustment mechanism (100). In the light emission adjustment mechanism (100), it is thereby made possible, under control of the circuit device (80), to emit each component light constituting image light from multiple positions at angles differing from each other, and to project to the projection area simultaneously in parallel. |
