摘要 The present invention condenses a refrigerant compressed in a compressor by means of heat exchange with seawater or provides condensation heat by means of heat exchange with a heat medium circulating through a heating and air-conditioning unit such that condensation efficiency is improved, an energy source used for cooling the refrigerant can be reduced, and the condensation heat is provided as a heat source of the heating and air-conditioning unit so as to improve energy utilization efficiency. In addition, the amount of refrigerant provided to a heating condenser is controlled according to a heating load of the heating and air-conditioning unit, thereby preventing condensing pressure from rising even though the heating load is low compared to the amount of the condensation heat. Furthermore, the plurality of compressors are connected in parallel such that the number of the compressors being operated can be adjusted according to a refrigeration load of a refrigeration unit or the heating load of the heating and air-conditioning unit. Moreover, a plurality of refrigeration condensers and the plurality of heating condensers can be selectively used according to the refrigeration load of the refrigeration unit or the heating load of the heating and air-conditioning unit.
