This heat-insulating, heat-shielding sheet is obtained by forming a gas-containing layer (2) on one side of an aluminum layer (1) and forming a far infrared ray-emitting substance layer (3), which comprises a far infrared ray-emitting substance that emits and absorbs far infrared rays and the far infrared ray emissivity of which is 0.6 or more, on the other side of the aluminum layer (1). |
