An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes: a substrate; a gate wire which is formed on the substrate; an interlayer insulator film which covers the gate wire; a data wire which is formed on the interlayer insulator film; a protective film which is formed on the data wire and the interlayer insulator film and has a protective aperture; a pixel electrode which is formed on a first wire part of the data wire exposed by the protective aperture and the interlayer insulator film; a pixel defining film which is formed on the protective film and has a pixel aperture exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light emitting layer which covers the pixel electrode; and a common electrode which covers the organic light emitting layer and the pixel defining film. The pixel electrode connected to the first wire part of the data wire and the interlayer insulator film can have irregularities.
