PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tube in which, even when temperature is increased in manufacture and use thereof, thermal stress generated due to the physical property difference between a NEG and a member to which the NEG is attached is relaxed, and thereby peeling and chipping of the NEG can be prevented. ! SOLUTION: When a NEG 8 is attached on an inner surface of one of an insulation tube 2, a cathode 3 and an anode 4, an attachment surface on which the NEG 8 is attached is a rough surface having a maximum height roughness Rz of 0.1 μm or more and 500 μm and or less. !
