An impeller fastening structure is provided with: a rotating shaft (4d) having one end in which a mounting hole (H) extending along the axis (L1) of the rotating shaft is formed; an impeller (5a) having formed therein a through-hole (K) extending along the axis (L2) of the impeller; a tension bolt (B) inserted through the through-hole (K) and having one end engaging with the mounting hole (H) through threads; and a nut (N) engaging with the other end of the tension bolt (B) through threads. The tension bolt (B) is provided with a protrusion (b3) protruding in the radial direction and located between the ends of the tension bolt (B) in the direction of the axis (L3) thereof. The rotating shaft (4d) is provided with a receiving surface (h1) provided at the opening peripheral edge of the mounting hole (H) and coming into contact with the tapered surface (b4) of the protrusion (b3).
