Provided are a setscrew, an affixation structure, an affixation method, and a sealing structure, in which the amount of exposure of the setscrew is reduced and the setscrew is prevented from coming out of a female thread. An affixation structure affixes a first member (20), in which a female thread (21) is formed, and a second member (30), which is provided slidable relative to the first member (20) and in which a through-hole (31) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the female thread (21) is formed. The affixation structure is characterized in that the first member (20) and the second member (30) are affixed by positioning the second member (30) relative to the first member (20) while the center axes of the female thread (21) and of the through-hole (31) are aligned with each other, engaging the male thread of the setscrew (10) with the female thread (21), and inserting a small-diameter section (13) into the through-hole (31). |
