This invention provides a communication processing system and so on wherein if any delay occurs in communication paths, a communication path used for a particular communication can be separated from a communication path used for the other communications. The communication processing system comprises: a response time measurement unit that measures response times in communication paths between a first communication apparatus and a second communication apparatus; and a routing unit that controls, on the basis of first communication path information, one or more inter-communication-apparatus communication paths including the first and second communication apparatuses. On the basis of the measured response times, the communication processing system sets, to the first communication path information, a first communication path along which communication data related to a particular communication between the first and second communication apparatuses are to be transmitted and received, and the communication processing system further sets, to the first communication path information, a communication path which is different from the first communication path and along which communication data related to communications other than the particular communication are to be transmitted and received. |
