The invention relates to a tissue-conditioning kit comprising a terpenic anti-fungal agent exhibiting activity against Candida albicans present in subprosthetic stomatitis. The kit comprises a powder polymer, a plasticiser, and a mixture of terpenes with anti-fungal activity. In another embodiment of the kit, the terpenic anti-fungal agent is contained in the plasticiser. The invention also relates to the use of the tissue-conditioning kit for treating subprosthetic stomatitis, as it allows the reduction of lesions in the buccal mucosa of patients.
