PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object recognition device capable of detecting an object, difficult to be recognized with a camera, with other detection means, in a case where a travel environment abruptly changes.SOLUTION: An object recognition device includes: disappearance detection means 13 of detecting disappearance of an object detected by a first object detection means 11; irradiation timing control means 31 of controlling timing at which second object detection means 12 radiates light, on the basis of the direction of the object in which disappearance is detected by the disappearance detection means; and output means 14 of outputting distance information of an object detected by the second object detection means in a case where disappearance of the object is detected by the disappearance detection means. |
