COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD AND NETWORK ENTITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method that makes it possible to verify QoS by MDT.SOLUTION: A network entity used for a mobile communication system supporting MDT executes predetermined processing on the basis of information provided from an evolved Node-B. The information is composed of position information on user equipment and a throughput of communication between the evolved Node-B and the user equipment. The position information on the user equipment is information that the user equipment after establishing connection with the evolved Node-B has transmitted to the evolved Node-B in response to an instruction from the evolved Node-B. A radio access bearer of the user equipment is associated with a QoS property to perform QoS control. The throughput is acquired by the evolved Node-B measuring it for each radio access bearer of the user equipment. The predetermined processing is processing for a control unit to associate the position information on the user equipment with the throughput.
