PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a decrease in image read quality.SOLUTION: An image sensor unit includes a plurality of light sources in which a plurality of light emitting elements emitting light to an object to be read are arranged in a main scanning direction, includes a plurality of sensor substrates on which a plurality of sensor chips converting light from the object to be read into an electric signal are mounted in the main scanning direction, and includes a plurality of imaging element arrays where imaging elements imaging the light from the object to be read on the sensor chips are arrayed in the main scanning direction. The plurality of imaging element arrays are connected in the main scanning direction respectively, and configured having the plurality of imaging elements arrayed in the main scanning direction such that optical axes thereof are parallel with one another, connection positions between the plurality of light sources and connection positions between the plurality of imaging element arrays not overlapping with one another. |
