<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-blow hybrid electric power generation, in which a power generation is assisted by an external power in a weak wind and the revolving speed of a propeller is delayed by the external power in a strong wind to reduce or eliminate the trouble or breakage of a machine instrument, so that the electric power generation time period is drastically increased, and the trouble or breakage of a machine instrument is reduced to provide a more stable wind-force power generation.SOLUTION: A tower is equipped with a power source motor so that a wind power generation rate is increased by controlling the revolving speed of a propeller to an ordinary speed in accordance with the strength of a wind power, thereby to reduce a breakage and to achieve a stable driving.</p> |
