<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system having a low telephoto ratio and high optical performance, while satisfactorily correcting axial color aberrations and magnification color aberrations.SOLUTION: An optical system includes a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power and a second lens group G2 having negative refractive power. The first lens group G1 has a diffraction optical element DOE1 having positive refractive power. The second lens group G2 has a diffraction optical element DOE2 having negative refractive power. The optical system satisfies a conditional expression (1) 0.001<f1/fdoe1<0.030 and a conditional expression (2) 0.005<f2/fdoe2<0.030, where a focal distance of the first lens group G1 is represented by f1, a focal distance of the diffraction optical element in the first lens group G1 is represented by fdoe1, a focal distance of the second lens group G2 is represented by f2, and a focal distance of the diffraction optical element in the second lens group G2 is represented by fdoe2.</p> |
