<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high frequency characteristics.SOLUTION: An optical module 10 includes a PCB and an FPC 16. The PCB includes an electrode pattern 17a and an alignment mark. The FPC 16 includes an electrode pad 16a and an alignment mark. The FPC 16 is formed to expose at least part of the alignment mark of the PCB to a portion near the alignment mark of the FPC 16 at a time of electrically connecting the electrode pad 16a to the electrode pattern 17a. The FPC 16 may include a cover material covering part of the alignment mark on a surface different from a surface on which the electrode pad 16a is provided.</p> |
