PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the quality of check.SOLUTION: A server device 10 detects positions of colonies of bacteria cultivated in a Petri dish with respect to each of a plurality of colonies by performing an image processing of the captured images of the Petri dish where the bacteria is cultivated. Furthermore, the server device 10, on the basis of each position of the detected plurality of colonies, calculates planar distribution conditions of the plurality of colonies to determine whether the calculated distribution conditions satisfy prescribed distribution conditions, and outputs the results of the determination.
