<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a sherbet-like beverage having flavor and texture in the level required for the sherbet-like beverage, and excellent in leachability; and to provide a packed composition and a leachability improving method.SOLUTION: In a composition for a sherbet-like beverage, the alcohol percentage is 1.5-8.5%, and Brix in the case of removing an influence of alcohol is 9.0-25.0.</p> |
