a first layer that is deposited on the OSC layer and comprises a polycycloolefinic polymer comprising pendant fluorinated groups, and a second layer that is deposited on the first layer and comprises a fluoropolymer, and a third layer that is deposited on the second layer and comprises a polycycloolefinic polymer comprising pendant fluorinated groups and pendant crosslinkable groups.
