An injection device (1) for injecting an injection fluid (chemical fluid) into piping (18) in which a fluid flows, characterized by being equipped with: injection piping (3) through which the injection fluid flows, injection piping (3) being connected to the piping (18); an injection pump (31) that is disposed on the injection piping (3); extrusion piping (6) that is connected downstream of the injection pump (31) and upstream of a position (X) where air in the injection piping (3) is to be extracted; and an extrusion pump (33) that sends an extrusion fluid into the extrusion piping (6). The discharge rate of the extrusion pump (33) is greater than the discharge rate of the injection pump (31).
