The present invention relates to a centrifugation device, a centrifugation method, and a separation container and, more specifically, to a centrifugation device for separating matters in body fluid and a tissue using a centrifugal force, comprising: a separation container configured to perform a circular motion about a rotating shaft, wherein body fluid and a tissue are accommodated, separated, and cleaned in the separation container; a supply unit connected to the separation container to supply a cleaning solution into the separation container; a discharge unit connected to the separation container to discharge matters separated through centrifugation; a valve for regulating fluid communication between the supply unit, the discharge unit, and the separation container; an actuating device installed to be perpendicular to the separation container, the supply unit, and the discharge unit to rotate the separation container, the supply unit, and the discharge unit about the rotating shaft; and a control device for controlling the actuating device, wherein the separation container includes a piston disposed on the outside thereof with respect to the rotating shaft and a resilient unit disposed outside the piston to press the piston in an opposite direction to a centrifugal force. |
